    gr0.ai (self)

    AI revenue agent platform for sales and marketing. Building the operating system for AI-native marketing teams, the same internal tools I'd been writing by hand at every fractional engagement.

  2. 2023–Now

    Fractional CMO + AI Strategist

    Multiple (Series A–C)

    Embedded operator role. I rewire sales, marketing, and CS motions around agents, redesign the org chart, and ship pipeline. 3 active engagements. $1.3B+ pipeline generated to date.

  3. 2019–2023

    VP Marketing & Platform

    60K-member ecosystem (NDA)

    Owned 22 digital properties, 110+ board leaders, 150 ambassadors. Grew social 1,400% YoY. Designed the platform architecture and the data pipeline underneath it.

  4. 2016–2019

    Head of Growth

    Series A SaaS

    Built the growth team from 1 to 18. Established the experimentation cadence, the attribution model, the lifecycle program. Acquisition exit in 2019.

    Marketing & Product (early career)

    Toronto edtech / agency

    Cut my teeth on spreadsheets and curiosity. Learned that good operators read SQL, not strategy decks. Took notes on every team I admired.
